Ty joined Bradford Allen in 2025, overseeing construction contracts and helping maintain relationships with contractors.

A Kansas City native, Ty earned a master’s degree in regional and city planning and urban design from the University of Oklahoma. Before joining Bradford Allen, he worked in the public sector for the City of Chicago’s Planning, Zoning, and Land Use Department. Since moving to Chicago’s Logan Square neighborhood, Ty has been an active member of the Chicago OU alumni club and has served as president of the Oklahoma Alumni Chapter of Chicago since 2023.

Outside of work, Ty performs improv at one of Chicago’s premier improv theaters and has acting credits across podcasts, stage, television, and film. He also dabbles in graphic design, winning several logo design competitions, and served on the committee that selected the new Cook County flag in 2020.
