At Bradford Allen, Sama Ablahad oversees financial reporting, month-end closing, and property-level accounting for a diverse real estate portfolio. She works closely with property managers and internal teams to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and support overall operational performance.

Prior to joining Bradford Allen, she served as a staff accountant at 29th Street Capital, where she managed bank reconciliations, financial reporting, payroll, and operating accounts. She also gained experience at Shure Inc. and Maestro International Cargo, developing strong skills in journal entries, accruals, and vendor management.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Northeastern Illinois University and is currently pursuing her MBA at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, with an expected graduation in December 2026.

Outside of work, she enjoys staying active, trying new experiences, and embracing opportunities that challenge her to grow.
