Pat serves as Corporate Controller at Bradford Allen, bringing more than 35 years of expertise in accounting, consolidations, and financial reporting. In his role, he oversees accounting and reporting functions while providing leadership to the corporate, property, development, and payroll teams.

Pat began his career in public accounting, specializing in auditing, before advancing into senior leadership positions. He served as Chief Accounting Officer for a specialty chemicals manufacturer, where he managed SEC reporting, consolidations, and complex transactional work. He then transitioned into the real estate sector, spending nearly 15 years with General Growth Properties and Brookfield Properties as Senior Vice President of Financial Reporting.

Pat is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and accounting from Marquette University. Based in the Chicago area, Pat lives with his wife and has two children in college. Outside of work, he enjoys music, sports, and traveling.
