Michael joined Bradford Allen in 2026 as a senior financial and data analyst with experience in real estate finance, accounting, and business intelligence. In his role, he prepares and manages entity-level, asset-level, and consolidated financial reporting, supports lender and investor reporting, and analyzes cash flow, NOI, debt service, and liquidity across complex ownership structures. He also partners with accounting, asset management, and capital markets teams on forecasting, scenario modeling, and capital planning initiatives.

Before joining Bradford Allen, Michael served as a senior accountant and data analyst at Core Spaces, where he managed financial reporting for a 15-property student housing portfolio. He oversaw the full accounting cycle, supported annual budgeting and variance analysis, and prepared lender reporting packages and debt covenant calculations.

Michael also led several automation and data initiatives, including developing variance review workflows in Alteryx, automating utility expense and revenue accrual processes, and creating financial dashboards using SQL, Alteryx, Excel Power Query, and Power BI to support reporting and decision-making.
