Kristy joined Bradford Allen in 2025 as the Senior Construction Operations and Project Management Accountant. She brings more than 18 years of accounting experience and over 25 years of management experience to the firm. Kristy supports reconciliation, reporting, and analysis of construction request activities for various development projects, and works closely with the construction management, development, and property accounting teams.

Throughout her career, Kristy has worked in real estate and development accounting as well as management, bringing a combination of industry-specific knowledge, operational leadership, and strategic thinking. She has held accounting manager roles at Golub & Company and NTS Development Company and has also served as a business manager for a CPA firm.

Kristy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Campbellsville University and is currently pursuing a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification to further her professional development. Outside of work, Kristy enjoys spending time with her family—especially her nieces and nephews—along with her two cats and her incredibly active Australian shepherd. She also enjoys gardening and serving as treasurer for the Greater Chicago Cavalier Rescue.
