Jennifer is a community manager with more than 20 years of experience specializing in Class A residential communities. She began her career with AvalonBay Communities in Los Angeles, where she built a strong foundation in operations, leasing, and resident experience.

At Bradford Allen, Jennifer oversees the day-to-day operations of luxury residential communities, managing property operations, financial performance, and team development while fostering service-driven resident experiences.

Throughout her career, Jennifer has overseen portfolios of more than 2,000 units and led high-profile lease-ups that achieved stabilization ahead of schedule. Her work has earned multiple industry and design awards, reflecting her commitment to operational excellence and community-focused leadership.

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors, with a passion for fishing, camping, and rock climbing.
