Nancy currently resides in Chicago’s Old Town neighborhood, where she enjoys exploring nearby architecture. In her free time, she’s an avid reader and keeps up with the latest Netflix series.
Since 2014, Taylor has been a member of Bradford Allen’s marketing team, where her main priorities include presenting brokers and ownership with fully conceptualized branding for new agencies, providing marketing collateral for brokerage and in-house support, assiting in property website development, helping facilitate project design management, and establishing work flow among the marketing department and its stakeholders. From logo creation to email campaign design, Taylor has a hand in most aspects of the creative process at Bradford Allen.
After earning her bachelor’s in communications from Elmhurst University, Taylor went on to instruct art classes and painting demonstration events. When she’s not busy designing, Taylor can be found at home with her family, filling her days with coffee and books.

Tim joined Bradford Allen’s Creative Services team in 2022, contributing to the firm’s work in developing distinctive agency brand identities, user-friendly marketing templates, and dynamic property collateral in both digital and print formats. He supplements his design expertise with a passion for illustration, offering a unique approach to adaptable and collaborative design.
Previously, Tim was part of an in-house design team that created conference branding, marketing materials, and continuing education content for specialty health care and trade associations. A graduate of Columbia College Chicago, Tim also enjoys exploring physical art mediums through model making, vintage black-and-white film photography, and woodworking as part of his efforts to restore a classic brick bungalow.
Taylor joined Bradford Allen in 2023 as a graphic designer, where he is responsible for creating high-quality designs for both print and digital platforms, collaborating closely with the marketing team and key stakeholders to produce materials that effectively promote the firm’s leasing assignments and full suite of commercial real estate services.
Prior to Bradford Allen, Taylor was a senior graphic designer at Draper and Kramer Mortgage Corp., where he created visually compelling print marketing materials that communicate the benefits of mortgage products and services. He graduated from the Maine College of Art with a BFA in Graphic Design.
A native of Portland, Maine, Taylor always wants to be near a body of water—whether it’s swimming, boating, or a lakeside picnic. In his free time, he enjoys lifting weights, walking Chicago’s lakefront trail, and cooking. He currently lives in Chicago’s East Lakeview neighborhood.
Guillermo initially joined Bradford Allen in 2022 as an Associate Graphic Designer. Since then, he now occupies the role of Digital Media Designer. Though, his responsibilities are wide-ranging. From videography to content creation, Guillermo is always looking for a compelling way to tell the firm’s story in the digital world.
Before Bradford Allen, Guillermo was apart of a boutique marketing agency specializing in healthcare. As a passionate soccer fan, Guillermo spends his summers supporting the Chicago Fire and photographing local soccer games. He is from Waukegan, Illinois and resides in Chicago.

She earned a Bachelor of Arts in graphic design with a concentration in publication from Columbia College Chicago, where she honed her skills in layout, typography, and visual storytelling.
