BEN AZULAY

Since joining Bradford Allen as an associate in 2004, Ben has made significant contributions to the firm. In 2015, Ben became a principal due to his hard work, dedication, and vested interest in the direction of the company. While he specializes in representing office tenants in Chicagoland and nationwide, Ben has also had great success representing landlords in a variety of real estate transactions. His expertise in assisting commercial office clients with operational, qualitative, and financial structuring allows Ben to easily identify problem areas and craft smart, client-specific real estate solutions.

Ben handles various projects across the real estate spectrum, enabling him to cultivate a multi-faceted knowledge of the industry. A few of his successful transactions include assisting GrubHub in completing a substantial expansion, in which they nearly doubled the size of their office space; securing over forty office spaces across the country for MedSpeed; and representing Foley and Mansfield, a national law firm based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, while he assisted in the expansion and renewal of their existing office space in Chicago. Ben works with clients across industries, including marketing and advertising, law, healthcare, and technology.

As a member of the leadership team, Ben also plays an integral role in the strategic direction of Bradford Allen. He is a regular contributor to the firm’s research and recruiting efforts, and he assumes an influential role in mentoring new brokers along with overseeing his own team.

Ben lives in Lincoln Park with his wife and four children, where he enjoys staying active by biking and running. He’s an active supporter of Ramah Wisconsin and American Friends of the Hebrew University (AFHU) and is an avid fan of the Chicago Bears.

 

DAN FERNITZ

Dan joined Bradford Allen in 2017 and is the firm’s Suburban Market Leader. He is responsible for leading the leasing efforts for the firm’s office property portfolio of approximately 2.5 million square feet. Dan has over 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and is experienced in marketing, leasing, and project management in both the office and retail sectors. Dan’s notable clients include Fulcrum Asset Advisors, TA Associates Realty, RREEF, GLL, Alliance Commercial Partners, Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation, Millbrook Real Estate Company, Northwestern Mutual Real Estate, and AEW Capital Management.

Prior to joining Bradford Allen, Dan worked at Jones Lang LaSalle where he managed the suburban Chicago leasing team for the last 13 years and was directly responsible for growing their office leasing portfolio from 1.5 million to 10 million square feet. Dan was a previously a Principal with 1st United Realty, Director of Leasing at Klaff Realty, L.P., and held a senior management role at The Ross Group/Ross Berger in Chicago.

Dan earned a B.S. in business administration with a concentration in real estate from the University of Arizona. He lives in Northbrook and enjoys golfing and fishing in his spare time. He also supports all of the Chicago sports teams, and plays drums in a band.

GLENN ISAACSON

Glenn Isaacson is an executive vice president at Bradford Allen’s New York office, leading brokerage services for the region. Prior to joining Bradford Allen, he served in senior roles at Cushman & Wakefield (Vice-Chairman) and CBRE (Executive Vice President).

During his 40-plus years in real estate, Glenn has represented numerous Class A properties for owners such as PGIM, Equitable Life Assurance, Sterling Equities, Edward Minskoff, Harry Macklowe, Investcorp, SJP Properties, and developer/owner Scott Rechler, among many others. He has completed successful leasing programs for the City’s most prominent buildings, including 590 Madison Avenue, 717 Fifth Avenue, 11 Times Square, Metropolitan Tower, 180 Madison Avenue, 475 Park Avenue South, Tower 45, and 575 Fifth Avenue.

In addition to his work on behalf of ownership, Glenn is a trusted advisor to many of the nation’s leading businesses, crafting solutions for their occupancy requirements to serve their business goals. Recently, he directed the 200,000-square-foot relocation of The Boston Consulting Group to 10 Hudson Yards, the 132,000-square-foot early renewal of Seyfarth Shaw at 620 Eighth Avenue, and the expansion of Forest Hills Hospital (Northwell) for 140,000 square feet. He was instrumental in bringing about the corporate relocation of the American Kennel Club to 65,000 square feet at 101 Park Avenue, which led to the relocation of their museum from St. Louis to the same building.

Glenn has been a member of REBNY for over 40 years. He also serves as a member of the Board of Trustees for the American Foundation for Aids Research, an organization with which he has worked tirelessly since the passing of his brother Mark due to complications from AIDS. He sits on the board for AYR Wellness, a publicly traded company, where his oversight includes acquisitions and audit review.  He is a lifelong member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity.

JOEL BERGER

Joel joined Bradford Allen in 2004 and was promoted to senior managing director in 2012. He represents both office tenants and office landlords, and oversees the firm’s healthcare practice, Bradford Allen Medical.

Throughout his tenure, Joel has completed over 2,000,000 square feet of transactions for his clients. Most recently, Joel completed significant lease transactions with University of Chicago Medicine (23,000 RSF), Bel Fuse (22,000 RSF), Adventist Health Partners (23,000 RSF), and Surgical Care Affiliates (10,000 RSF). Other significant past assignments include the completion of a 52,000-square-foot lease renewal for Lexis Nexis; a lease expansion and renewal of 21,000 square feet for Automated Engineering (AMEC), and a 15,000-square-foot lease for Illinois Center for Broadcasting.

Prior to joining Bradford Allen, Joel was the manager of business development at the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce and was responsible for the promotion of the Chamber’s services and the recruitment of new members. Outside of the office, Joel has been a passionate and active board member for Make a Wish Illinois since 2011 and a wish-granting volunteer since 2005.

Joel currently resides in Downers Grove with his wife, Elizabeth; son, Max; and his daughters, Alice and Hazel. He attended the University of Wisconsin where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and was a two-time NCAA national champion on the Men’s Crew Team.

ANDY DEMOSS

Andy joined Bradford Allen in 2005, focusing on landlord representation. He currently leads the firm’s downtown agency group (tower, loft and retail teams) with the primary goals of growing the practice and continuing quality service to existing clients.

During his tenure, Andy has completed over 800 deals and leased over 30 properties of various size and asset class across all major CBD submarkets. Current assignments include 550 West Washington, 111 West Jackson, 104 South Michigan, and 1 North LaSalle, amongst others. His efforts have led to the successful lease-up and sale of numerous properties. Andy has also led multiple building renovation programs of varying scope.

Andy resides in Lincoln Park with his wife and twins. A graduate of the University of Michigan (go Blue!), he enjoys coaching, playing tennis, and exploring the city with his family.

CRAIG NADBORNE

Craig joined Bradford Allen in 2007 and was elected to the Midwest Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame in 2014. With more than 35 years in commercial real estate, he provides clients with extensive industry knowledge and transaction experience.

In his tenant rep role, Craig assists clients with renewals, relocations, expansions, and lease renegotiations. He focuses on small- to mid-size businesses that often do not receive the same level of advisory services as larger corporations. He also works extensively with not-for-profit organizations, including Lambda Legal Defense & Education Fund, Life Span, Heartland Health Organization, Thresholds, and TPAN (Test Positive Aware Network).

Other long-term clients include MainStreet Advisors, where he has completed five transactions over 15 years, and Ajinomoto Food Ingredients, which he has represented for more than 20 years. Over the course of his career, Craig has closed more than 1,000 transactions valued at more than $350 million and has represented clients in more than 3 million square feet of leasing and sales transactions.

In his landlord rep work, Craig has played a key role in repositioning properties, including 212 E. Ohio St. in Streeterville, 314 W. Institute Place and the Kinzie Design Center in River North, and 2201 S. Halsted St. in Pilsen.

Craig lives in Andersonville with his husband. He enjoys working out, weight training, traveling, and is a devoted Chicago sports fan. He is also a graduate of the University of Illinois.

GORDON OGDEN

Gordon is responsible for leading the tenant representation practice at Bradford Allen’s New York office.

His expertise has facilitated major transactions globally, including deals in Tokyo, Sao Paolo, Paris, and London. In Manhattan, he has secured headquarters for renowned firms such as The New York Times, Warburg Pincus, Gannett, Nike, and Publicis. His clientele extends to prominent law firms, including WilmerHale and Dewey & LeBoeuf, as well as financial institutions like Warburg Pincus LLC. Additionally, Gordon represented national food hall retailer Urban Space in both office and retail transactions.

For more than 26 years, Gordon led Byrnam Wood LLC, the firm he co-founded alongside Joseph Thanhauser in 1997. He previously served as a vice chairman in the tenant representation division at the Edward S. Gordon Company prior to its merger with CBRE in 2003.

Outside of work, Gordon is dedicated to philanthropic pursuits, serving on the boards of the Collegiate School and the Boys’ Club of New York, and actively contributing to the Annual Fund at Marymount School.

Gordon is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and the Counselors of Real Estate. He holds a B.A. in political science from Washington and Lee University.

 

STEVE FITZGERALD

Since joining Bradford Allen in 2007, Steve has successfully grown his business to include significant landlord and tenant representation engagements. With over twenty-five years of experience working in sales, finance, and real estate, Steve has focused his efforts to working directly with entrepreneurial business owners—effectuating cost savings through in-the-trenches market and financial analysis, creative leasing efforts, and tenacious negotiation.

Steve is proud to represent prominent local and national tenants in the creative, financial, and business service industries. His roster of landlord representation clients include: The Kinzie Design Center, 230 East Ohio, 67 East Madison, One East Erie, and 367 West Erie.

Steve is an active parishioner of Old St. Pat’s and is proud to support The Francis Xavier Warde School and St. Ignatius College Prep. In his spare time, Steve enjoys running, golfing, and listening to live music.

 

MITZI FLEXER

Mitzi Flexer is a recognized leader in New York City commercial real estate. As managing director, leasing services at Bradford Allen, she plays a key role in expanding the firm’s retail presence, advising landlords and tenants on complex office and retail leasing transactions, with expertise across the city’s outer boroughs.

Prior to joining Bradford Allen, Mitzi served as a senior director at Cushman & Wakefield, where she built a reputation for identifying opportunities, structuring deals, and negotiating on behalf of institutional owners and occupiers. Her experience spans retail, healthcare, and professional services, as well as international markets across Europe, Central America, and South America. She is fluent in English and Spanish.

A lifelong New Yorker, Mitzi is a multiple CoStar Power Broker Award recipient and was named one of Real Estate Weekly’s Leading Ladies. She is a founding member of REBNY’s Brooklyn Retail Committee and holds a bachelor’s degree from Hofstra University.

 

NORMAN D. MURDOCH

Norm joined Bradford Allen in 2018; he specializes in landlord representation and is based in the firm’s Oak Brook office as part of the Agency Services team. Norm’s primary responsibility is to provide strategic leasing initiatives and solutions for institutional landlords throughout Chicago’s Northwest and East-West submarkets, where he has represented over 2.5 million square feet of office space during his career. Norm has over 17 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and has developed relationships with both institutional and entrepreneurial clients including Sperry Equity, Sovereign Partners, Barings Advisers, Franklin Street Properties, Piedmont Office Realty Trust, Northwestern Mutual Real Estate Investments, Columbia Property Trust, and KBS Realty.

Prior to joining Bradford Allen, Norm worked with Jones Lang LaSalle as a Senior Vice President and increased their suburban portfolio by 1.3 million square feet of new listings. He also spent three years with Cushman & Wakefield as a Senior Director and was a Vice President at Trammel Crow, where he carried out similar duties.

Norm earned a B.S. in Marketing from Colorado State University, in Pueblo, CO. He lives in Geneva, IL with his wife, Debbie.

ALEX GORDON

Alex is a landlord representative, specializing in prospecting for tenants through direct canvassing, broker outreach, and aggressive pursuit of tenants-in-the-market. His market knowledge, tenacity, and deal acumen have proven invaluable to his clients. Prior to joining Bradford Allen, Alex spent four years as a leasing agent at Golub & Company where he worked on 300 S. Wacker, 444 N. Michigan, 111 W. Washington, 625 N. Michigan and 680 N. Lakeshore. He also spent three years as an assistant property manager at Tishman Speyer where he worked on 525 W. Monroe and 190 S. LaSalle.

A graduate of the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, Alex currently resides in Lakeview and enjoys volunteering at a local homeless shelter.

MICHAEL FLINCHBAUGH

Michael joined Bradford Allen’s Chicago office as a broker in the downtown retail and office practice in 2023. He specializes in attracting new tenants to the firm’s portfolio and is responsible for client relationship building and tenant site selection.

Before joining Bradford Allen, Michael spent four years at the Lord Companies, where he supported senior brokers in both landlord and tenant representation within the retail sector. There, he offered in-depth insights into the Chicago retail landscape, consulting with both local ownership groups and franchisees.

Michael is an engaged member of ICSC and regularly attends local and national conference events. He currently lives in Lakeview and is a fitness enthusiast and foodie. Whether he’s at the gym, lounging by the lake, or exploring Chicago’s culinary scene, Michael enjoys an active lifestyle and values his time with friends.

 

NATHAN J. MEISNER

Nathan joined Bradford Allen in 2019, primarily focusing on helping companies find office space to fit their needs by assisting in all facets of the leasing process. His responsibilities include finding office requirements and negotiating new leases, renewals, and extensions. Nathan also maintains current market knowledge and relationships with owners, which helps him create the best options for his clients.

Prior to Bradford Allen, Nathan began his commercial real estate career with summer internships at Cushman & Wakefield and Zeller Realty Group. A graduate of Ohio University in real estate and financial management, Nathan became an office tenant rep broker at Monarch Realty, before joining Miller Chicago Real Estate.

A Cincinnati native, Nathan is the middle child of six siblings and a longtime fan of all Cincinnati sports – Bengals, Reds, and FC Cincinnati. He now lives in Wicker Park and spends his free time watching or playing sports, fishing, camping, hiking, and finding new spots to dine and drink in the city.

 

AVA BEGANOVIC

Ava joins Bradford Allen as a Senior Associate, serving as a Broker in the New York City office. Her role encompasses various responsibilities, including tenant prospecting and representation, assisting with the development and preparation of marketing materials, and cultivating strong client relationships. These efforts establish her as a local market expert in New York City.

Before joining Bradford Allen, Ava began her career in Commercial Real Estate as an Analyst in Australia, supporting Brisbane’s largest office leasing team. After a year in that role, she was promoted to Broker, gaining nearly three years of international brokerage experience in Australia.

Outside of work, Ava enjoys exploring New York City restaurants and experiences, traveling, and staying active through fitness.

 

TONY BUILDER

Tony joined the firm’s New York office in 2021 as an associate broker. He began his career in real estate as a research analyst at Cushman & Wakefield, where he was responsible for brokerage support, market analysis, and creating reports.

Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Tony developed an interest in real estate at Walter & Samuels, where he made his first foray into cold-calling as an ambassador for the Annual Fund at the University of Richmond, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration.

Outside of his professional life, Tony is an accomplished martial artist with over 15 years of training and has successfully competed on the international stage. His other hobbies include soccer, chess, and drumming.

 

STACY DITKA

Stacy joined Bradford Allen in 2022 as a member of the firm’s suburban brokerage team, concentrating in the North Suburban market. Her focus is on tenant representation and working to bring new tenants to BA’s portfolio through extensive market research, broker and tenant outreach, and assisting with showings and listings. She loves networking and building relationships with colleagues and clients.

A graduate of the University of Southern California with a BA in communications and theatre, she is the owner of her own family business, Ditka Kids, which she started with her father-in-law, Coach Mike Ditka, in 2012. Prior to joining Bradford Allen, she was the membership sales and service manager for the DBR (Deerfield, Bannockburn, Riverwoods) Chamber of Commerce. She has also worked in agency advertising, as well as in ad sales for the Sun Times Media Group.

Stacy grew up in Chicago and currently resides in Lake Forest with her husband, Mark, and sons Mark and Brett. Outside of the office, she enjoys cheering at her sons’ sporting and music events, traveling, and working on various Ditka family projects and charitable endeavors. She is excited to be part of Bradford Allen and all the exciting opportunities that BA offers within the commercial real estate industry.

LAURYN SUSSMAN

Lauryn joined Bradford Allen in 2023 as an associate in the Chicago office. She focuses on all aspects of the leasing process with the goal of finding the ideal office space to fit her client’s specific needs. Lauryn’s main responsibilities include market reconnaissance, business development, tenant outreach, and building and maintaining relationships with clients.

Previously, Lauryn spent two years at Cushman & Wakefield where she performed lease renewals, market analysis, and negotiations. She also specialized ADA requirements and bringing spaces to compliance. Lauryn graduated from University of Missouri’s Trulaske College of Business, majoring in finance with an emphasis in real estate.

Lauryn enjoys staying active, spending time outdoors, and being with friends and family. She has recently developed a knack for cooking as well. Being from St. Louis, Lauryn is a Cardinals fan and, since the Rams left, a KC Chiefs fan.

 

BEN GUARNA

Benjamin joined Bradford Allen in 2025 as an associate broker, where he contributes to market research, canvassing, tenant prospecting and representation, client relationship development, and supporting senior associates. He brings enthusiasm for networking, interpersonal communication, public speaking, and creative problem-solving—skills that help him build strong, lasting connections in the industry.

Before joining the firm, Benjamin completed a summer internship at 747 Capital, a small-cap private equity fund of funds, where he conducted in-depth research on investment opportunities for senior managing directors. He also interned with Urban Equities where he gained valuable exposure to the world of real estate.

A graduate of St. John’s University, Benjamin earned a Bachelor of Science in communication arts. He also completed finance and real estate coursework at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where he was an active member of the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity.

Originally from Brooklyn, New York, Benjamin is an avid traveler who enjoys immersing himself in new cultures. He has lived internationally in South Africa, Italy, Mexico, Guatemala, and Costa Rica, experiences that have shaped his global perspective. Outside of work, he enjoys playing Padel, watching New York-based sports, scuba diving as a certified PADI diver, boating with his U.S. Coast Guard license, and hiking—most notably summiting the Acatenango Volcano in Guatemala.

 

BRIANNA HARRIS

Brianna joined Bradford Allen in 2025 as an associate broker on the Tenant Representation team, where she leverages her market insight to help clients identify strategic real estate solutions tailored to their business objectives. She is actively involved in all aspects of the leasing process, assisting clients with lease renewals, relocations, restructurings, and space expansions or contractions.

Before joining Bradford Allen, Brianna served as an associate broker at Avison Young for two years. She specialized in office tenant representation where she supported a wide range of clients—including startups, nonprofits, professional services firms, creative agencies, and tech companies—through the complex leasing process in Chicago’s evolving post-COVID market.

A proud Hoosier, Brianna holds a degree in finance and real estate from the Kelley School of Business. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling—a passion inspired by her mother—baking sweet treats, practicing yoga, exploring Chicago, taking walks along Lake Michigan, and spending time with her Shih Tzu, Nevis.

 

MAX POLLACK

Max joined Bradford Allen in 2025 as an associate broker, where he focuses on market research, tenant outreach, and client services. Max believes in having a client-first mindset and upholding a collaborative/team-first approach in order to build and sustain lasting relationships in the industry.

Prior to joining the BA team, Max began his real estate career at Cross Street, where he served as a tenant representative in residential real estate. His role at Bradford Allen marks his first opportunity to grow and develop within the commercial real estate sector.

A recent graduate from Michigan State University, Max holds a Bachelor of Science degree in human development. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, exploring the city of Chicago, and discovering new restaurants. A dedicated Chicago sports fan, Max proudly supports the Bears, Bulls, and Cubs, as well as Michigan State football and basketball.

 

KYLE SKARR

Kyle joined Bradford Allen’s Chicago office as a broker on the downtown agency leasing team in 2026. He specializes in representing landlords and tenants in the leasing of retail space.
Before joining Bradford Allen, Kyle spent seven years with Founders 3 Real Estate Services in Milwaukee, where he worked with landlords to lease vacant retail space and assisted national retail tenants with expansion into new cities.

Kyle is a member of ICSC and attends local and national events. He graduated from Marquette University, lives in Streeterville, and enjoys college basketball, football, and spending time with friends and family.

 

DENVER TVETER

Denver joined Bradford Allen’s New York office as an associate in 2025, building on his prior experience as an intern with the firm. In his role, he focuses on leasing across New York City’s five boroughs, representing both tenants and landlords across a range of asset types. He is responsible for developing new business, executing leasing strategies, and supporting clients through data-driven market analysis and creative deal-making. Denver is particularly experienced in tenant outreach, helping brands identify and secure locations that align with their growth objectives.

He earned his degree in finance from Molloy University, where he was a member of the Business Honors Program and a four-year player on the men’s lacrosse team. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active, playing sports, and spending time with friends and family.

 

KIM WOODRUFF

Kim serves as an office manager and the executive assistant to Glenn Isaacson, president, at Bradford Allen’s New York office. Since joining the firm in July 2021, she has been instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of the office, managing administrative tasks, and acting as a primary liaison between vendors, clients, and visitors. Prior to her current role, Kim spent several years at Cushman & Wakefield and CBRE, providing advisory and transaction support to high-level executives. Among her responsibilities were managing schedules, coordinating travel, and overseeing commissions and financial reporting.

A native New Yorker, Kim is deeply involved in her community. She is an active participant in St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital efforts and has been recognized for her ongoing support. When she’s not at the office, Kim loves traveling to Europe to watch her son, Erving Walker, play professional basketball. She’s also a fan of the outdoors, enjoys cooking, and has a deep appreciation for the arts, particularly performances by the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater.
