Bradford Allen entered into the multifamily asset class with the acquisition of Stewart School Lofts in Chicago’s Ravenswood neighborhood on April 29, 2022. Just two years later, the firm began construction on its first ground-up multifamily development with Arbor House in Arlington Heights, Ill. Today, the portfolio includes two additional Chicago properties and a second ground-up development in St. Petersburg, Fla.
