The SpringHill Suites is a 130-key hotel located at the gateway of the Cadillac Formula 1 headquarters in Fishers, Indiana. Acquired by BAH from Apple Hospitality REIT in April 2025, the property presents a compelling operational value-add opportunity by improving oversight, targeted reinvestment, and the significant long-term demand expected from the Cadillac F1 campus. The hotel also benefits from a strong base of SMERF demand driven by nearby sports and event venues including the recently opened Fishers Event Center, a 7,500-seat arena.

BAH partnered with a local operator with sizable presence in the greater Indianapolis market to improve management and performance. A comprehensive renovation will soon be underway, with completion expected in Q1 2027. Performance is anticipated to accelerate alongside the opening of the Cadillac F1 headquarters.
