6350 N. River Road, Rosemont, Illinois
Hyatt Centric Chicago O’Hare is an award-winning 206-key full-service hotel located in Rosemont, IL that debuted in June 2025 after Bradford Allen completed a comprehensive 9-month, $31M renovation that included changing the brand from Hyatt to Hyatt Centric. The property was originally acquired as the Hyatt Rosemont in Q2 of 2022 via short sale in a joint venture with Maverick Hotels and Restaurants, who doubled as the management company, however Bradford Allen is now the sole owner, and the hotel is run by Arbor Lodging. Located within walking distance to River’s Casino and a short ride to Chicago O’Hare Airport, and Rosemont’s attractions like the Stephens Convention Center and the Fashion Outlets of Chicago, the hotel caters to a healthy mix of corporate demand, leisure travelers coming to Rosemont, and airport/casino guests.
As part of the renovation, Bradford Allen replaced the existing brand-standard restaurant with CIMA, a seasonal, chef-driven Mediterranean concept created in collaboration with 2-time James Beard Award winning chef Sarah Stenger. In addition to CIMA, Bradford Allen created The Gallery, a coffee shop concept serving local standouts Dark Matter Coffee and Molly’s Cupcakes. Now that the hotel offers elevated guest rooms, a completely refreshed conference center, and top-notch dining outlets, it attracts a much higher-rated guest than was previously possible as Hyatt Rosemont. The hotel achieved Hyatt Platinum Key status for 2025, recognizing the best customer service scores, won Hyatt’s 2025 Top Customer Service Score Award among all franchised hotels globally, and as of April 2026 is the #1 ranked hotel in Rosemont/O’Hare on Tripadvisor.
