ROSEMONT, Ill. — Bradford Allen announced four new leases and one renewal and relocation totaling 25,228 square feet at 6400 Shafer Court, a 179,000-square-foot office property in Rosemont’s O’Hare submarket. The activity comes as ownership continues a multimillion-dollar capital improvement program designed to enhance the building and tenant experience.
“Tenants are responding to the combination of location, amenities and active ownership at 6400 Shafer Court,” said Joel Berger, executive managing director at Bradford Allen. “Ownership continues to invest in the property with a clear focus on the tenant experience, and that commitment is helping the building attract new companies while retaining existing tenants.”
The recent activity includes four new leases and one renewal and relocation. Intelligent Office signed the largest new lease for 11,198 square feet, with Mike Trumpy of JLL representing the tenant. National Housewares Association renewed and relocated within the property, leasing 6,638 square feet, with Gregg Raus of JLL representing the tenant.
PAR Technology Corporation and Upright Interiors signed new leases for 2,810 and 2,802 square feet, respectively. Brentview Asset Management also joined the property with a 1,780-square-foot lease, with Tom Koelzer of Tenant Advisors representing the tenant.
The capital improvement program at 6400 Shafer Court includes updated conference facilities, building enhancements and refreshed landscaping. The property features a state-of-the-art fitness center, an on-site Halsted Street Deli, a conference center, a tenant lounge with two outdoor patios and heated underground executive parking. Its Rosemont location offers convenient access to O’Hare International Airport and major area highways.
