Margaret Spires is Director of Research for Bradford Allen, where she works closely with all the transaction teams. Ms. Spires was a co-founder of The Chicago RE Source in 1984, which subsequently was purchased by CoStar in 1996. In addition, Ms. Spires served as the Midwest Area Research Manager for Cushman & Wakefield and Research Manager for Insignia/ESG.

With 20 years of experience, Ms. Spires is well versed in commercial real estate research, as well as market statistics. She has implemented and performed ongoing quality control measures for a variety of databases, assisted in the creation of research-related marketing materials and press releases, and generated quarterly market reports. In addition, Ms. Spires is a keen observer of market conditions and can be relied on to research and present any significant information regarding local or national real estate market conditions.

Working closely with the firm’s principals and Marketing Services, Ms. Spires is responsible for the generation of Bradford Allen’s quarterly market statistics, charts and graphs, as well as the production of the weekly Market Tidbits. Her attention to detail, combined with her proficiency in research and statistics, is evidenced by the comprehensiveness and accuracy of all projects and assignments. Her ultimate goal is to always provide the highest level of client satisfaction.
