June A. Simonian is a Senior Managing Director for Bradford Allen. As a tenant representation expert, she specializes in working with corporate tenants to establish strategic real estate programs including office renewals and relocations, as well as the disposition of excess office space.

Prior to Bradford Allen, Ms. Simonian had been a top producers for Grubb & Ellis of Chicago since 1993. Her list of clients includes leading local and national corporations. Ms. Simonian has served exclusively as a Tenant Representative in the downtown Chicago real estate market since 1991. She began her real estate career in 1989 at Equis Corporation and in 1991 joined Royal LePage Commercial Real Estate. Prior to entering the field of Commercial Real Estate, Ms. Simonian was employed by the National Sales Division of Merrill Lynch & Co. in New York for six years.
