Joel Berger joined Bradford Allen Realty Services in 2005 as an Associate Broker. His primary responsibility is to build strong corporate relationships while assisting Chicagoland office tenants with their real estate needs. One of Joel’s key strengths is his understanding that the identification of a client’s ideal office space, along with the subsequent negotiation of a perfect lease, are only the first of many steps necessary to fully service a Bradford Allen client. Additionally, he focuses on how a firm’s real estate requirements directly impact every facet of its business plan. Most importantly, he understands the importance of providing on-going support once his client’s real estate needs have been satisfied.
Prior to joining Bradford Allen, Joel was the Manager of Business Development at The Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce, where he was responsible for the promotion of The Chamber’s services and the recruitment of new members. His two-plus years working for The Chamber helped him gain extensive insight into the regional business environment. Additionally, because of The Chamber’s business advocacy efforts, Joel has a firm appreciation of how public policy can affect the business community.
