Ben Azulay is a Managing Director with Bradford Allen, where he focuses on representing tenants operating in the Chicago area.

Mr. Azulay has worked with clients across industries and across the country assisting them in strategic planning including operational, qualitative and financial structuring.  His market knowledge, work ethic and negotiating savvy have earned him a reputation for successfully protecting his clients’ interests.  Ben's clients include General Binding Corporation (GBC), Resolution Media, Chicago Financial Services and United Surgical Partners International.

Prior to his real estate career, Ben specialized in strategic planning, program analyses and client development for some of the top marketing firms in Chicago.  Mr. Azulay quickly became an integral part of Bradford Allen creating effective real estate solutions in the Chicagoland area for his clients.
