Alissa Kaplan is an associate on the Chicago Agency Services team. Her primary responsibility is to provide marketing and leasing services to property owners.  Whether representing an institutional or entrepreneurial owner, Alissa’s focus is on maximizing the value of the property.  Her comprehensive marketing background allows her to develop innovative and aggressive marketing plans which take into account investment criteria and leasing objectives of ownership.

Prior to joining Bradford Allen, Alissa worked in Marketing with the Chicago Leasing team at Equity Office Properties. At EOP, Alissa assisted in the overall relationship/communications program for the Chicago brokerage community and coordinated the marketing efforts for 3.5 million square feet of office product.

Education/Professional Affiliations

Alissa is a graduate of Indiana University where she received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration-Marketing.   She also holds an Illinois real estate salesperson license.
