Joel Berger joined Bradford Allen Realty Services in the Fall of 2004. He was promoted to Senior Managing Director in 2012, and is responsible for managing Bradford Allen's suburban office, where he represents both office tenants and office landlords.

As a General Manager in Bradford Allen’s Management Services Division, Nada is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company owned and third party properties.

Joshua Feldman, a Managing Director with Bradford Allen since 2004, was one of the first brokers to join the firm after its formation in 2003. As a tenant representative, Mr. Feldman focuses on providing corporate and non-profit clients in the Chicago area with real estate solutions.

Steve Fitzgerald joined Bradford Allen in 2007 as a Director and Co-Lead of the Investment Sales Group. With over twenty years of experience working in sales, finance and real estate, Steve has successfully grown his business to include significant Landlord and Tenant Representation engagements.

Steve Higdon joined Bradford Allen in 2012 as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO). He has more than 20 years of experience in the Chicago commercial real estate industry

As a tenant representative, Kyley focuses on assisting clients with their office requirements, including new leases, renewals, extensions, restructures, and related assignments in commercial real estate.

Steven Lerner is a Director in Bradford Allen's Consulting Services group. He is responsible for all aspects of corporate and national project management -- from strategic planning to on-site execution.

John Millner is a Director with Bradford Allen, where he focuses on Landlord and Tenant Representation services. He is a member of the suburban office group, with a specialization in medical and office tenants. John represents approximately 800,000 SF of office and medical buildings in suburban Chicago.

Ryan Moen is an Director with Bradford Allen, providing tenant representation, landlord representation, site selection and acquisitions/disposition services in the Chicagoland area.

Craig Nadborne is a Senior Managing Director, where he focuses on leasing services for clients throughout Chicago. Craig has helped his clients with relocations, expansions, renegotiations and disposition of excess space for a wide variety of entrepreneurial and mid-size businesses in the Chicago area.

Shivam Potdar is the most recent addition to Bradford Allen. He joined the group as a senior analyst and is responsible for financial planning, modeling and analysis for the firm's clients.

Allison Reynolds is a director in the firm’s Agency Services Group. Her primary responsibility is to provide marketing and leasing services to property owners. Whether representing an institutional or entrepreneurial owner, Allison’s focus is on maximizing the value of the property.

CJ is an Associate with Bradford Allen where he specializes in tenant representation throughout the suburban Chicago office market.

Since joining Bradford Allen in 2007, Alissa has played a multi-faceted role at Bradford Allen, managing the firm's branding, communications and public relations platforms.  She leads the strategy and execution of corporate marketing programs that drive brand awareness, thought leadership and revenue growth.
